The ARLIS Texas-Mexico Chapter Fall Meeting will be held online on November 13, 2020. With this new format, we’re excited to offer more opportunities to share current research, what you’ve been up to, or what you’d like to get up to.
Research Roundtable: Presentations are 15-20 min in length. All topics are welcome for consideration, but members have expressed interest in digital instruction, impact of COVID-19 on libraries and personnel, addressing racial and social injustice within art libraries, outreach and programming and collections care.
Lightning Round: Presentations are roughly 5 min in length. Share specific projects you are excited about or want to propose, personal research that isn’t fully fleshed out, a review of a museum or gallery show you have seen virtually or in-person, or anything else you would like to share with this group. The possibilities are endless!
Please submit a title and abstract of the presentation, your name, and institutional affiliation to Kate Alleman (kalleman@dma.org) by end of day (5pm) September 30th, 2020. Accepted presenters will be notified by end of day October 9th, 2020.
